Shipping Policy
At Craft Supplies, we offer free shipping within Canada for orders over $150. For orders below $150, we have a flat rate shipping fee of $16 in Canada. Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy for craft supplies is simple and straightforward. We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund, minus a 20% return fee. If the craft supplies were damaged upon delivery, we will waive the return fee and issue a full refund. All returned items must be in their original condition. We cannot accept returns for craft supplies that have been used or altered in any way. If you have any questions about our return policy, please contact us.
